We are currently doing a unit on dogs and their importance within a community. Along with researching and putting together presentations, the students are putting on a drive to collect donations for the Butte Human Society. Both room 9 and room 22 have boxes to collect any and all donations. Below is a list from the Butte Human Society regarding the things they could really use as well as things they don't need. Thank you in advance for your donations....a cute little doggy or kitty will enjoy them!
The following items we need more than anything:
· Cat and kitten toys
· Wet cat food (pate style)
· KMR (Kitten Replacement Formula)
· Wire crates (various sizes)
· Dog collars
· Dog leashes
· Training treats (freeze dried beef lung)
· Dog tough toys like Kongs (toys that are hard to chew/destroy, no stuffed ones with squeakers)
· Cleaning supplies like bleach
· Flannel/ soft blankets
We do not need:
· Dog beds
· Sheets
· Towels
· Dry food (both cat/dog)
· Wet food (dog)
· Cat scratchers
